Returns & Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

To start a return, please contact us at contact us page . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Here at Woodaloo, we pride ourselves on delivering the best products possible. If the product you receive is damaged or the wrong item, contact us immediately  and include a picture of the item. After receiving the notification, we will provide a full refund including shipping or re-send the item, whichever you prefer. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personalized products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Note, our damages and issues policy still applies. If your personalized product is damaged or not as ordered, please contact us and we can provide a full refund.

Exchanges
If you wish to make an exchange for a different color, size, etc. please first contact us. From there, we will send you a prepaid return label to return the original item to us. Once we are notified that the return package is on it's way, we will send out the alternative item. 

Refunds
If the refund is due to a damaged or wrong item, we will refund your purchase immediately after receiving your notification and picture.

If the refund is due to a return, we will refund your purchase once we are notified that the package is in the carrier's system. Note, if the refund is due to a requested return, we will deduct the amount of the prepaid return label from your refund amount. We use USPS rates and attempt to get the lowest shipping rate possible. Alternatively, you can opt out of Woodaloo providing a prepaid return label and purchasing postage yourself, and we will provide the full refund. Please feel free to use whichever carrier is most convenient / cheapest for you.

Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and typically take 1-3 business days.
